CRM & Process Development Expert (f/m/d) for the site Starnberg (Percha), Germany
Your key responsibilities
- Own, manage and design the evolution of the CRM system to meet business needs
- Lead the development and implementation of efficient and effective CRM processes to ensure seamless customer interactions and data management
- Develop and implement training programs for Sales, Business Management and Customer Service teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to effectively use the CRM system
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure CRM system and processes integrate with other business systems and processes
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure CRM system and processes are aligned with business goals
- Build and manage dashboards within the system to track and monitor relevant KPI’s
- Own data maintenance and clean up
