Acting as the single point of contact for clients, independently identifying needs and potential opportunities
Independent support of our existing customers throughout all sales phases, with a strong focus on meeting personal sales targets for our consulting services and IT products
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through independently planned sales activities
Collaboration within a cross-functional team, including relevant interfaces such as pre-sales, product management, and consulting
Assisting with account planning and preparing contract creation, utilizing the CRM system, as well as independently maintaining the CRM system with all relevant data
