(Senior) Sales Manager - FMCG (Beauty) (m/f/d)

We're seeking a strong (Senior) Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our evolving FMCG / Beauty division at our Hamburg headquarters. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your strategic thinking, market analysis, and persuasive power to drive category growth and enhance our market positioning. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales management, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for FMCG trends.

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with B2B clients in the FMCG sector, with a focus on beauty products
• Leading negotiations with both national and international customers
• Developing and executing effective B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive category growth
• Analyzing market trends, product performance, and pricing opportunities to continuously optimize assortment presentation and expand brand presence
• Collaborating closely with the Business Development team to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market developments
• Monitoring sales performance and delivering regular, data-driven reports to management
• Ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Logistics and Finance to align efforts and act in the company’s best interest
